1. Return/Exchange Request Time Limit
All beauty and personal care products purchased (including facial care, lip care, body care, and hair care products) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Return/Exchange Request Conditions and Process
- Precondition for Request: The order status must be updated to "Shipped" before you can submit a return or exchange request. The status will automatically update within 24 hours after you receive the product, and you can check it via the order tracking page.
- Request Method: Please submit your return/exchange request via the official order system online, providing the reason for return/exchange, product details, and contact information. We will inform you of the return address and instructions once the request is approved.
- Product Requirements: The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging (sealed items such as facial cleansers, masks, lip masks, etc. must be undamaged). The product should show no signs of use, and all accessories (such as manuals, gifts, etc.) must be intact. Used or damaged items will affect the approval of your return or exchange request.
3. Shipping Costs for Return/Exchange
Shipping costs will be handled according to the reason for the return/exchange, as outlined below:
- If the return/exchange is due to our fault (e.g., product quality issues, incorrect delivery, missing items), both the original and return shipping costs will be covered by Bix-Lum. You may apply for reimbursement of shipping costs by providing valid shipping receipts after sending the product back.
- If the return/exchange is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, unsuitable for skin type, order mistake), you will bear the cost of both original and return shipping. When returning the product, please choose a trackable shipping method to avoid loss.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item, we will complete the inspection within 3 business days. After approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (such as credit card, debit card, payment platform account, etc.) within 15 business days.
The refund processing time depends on the payment institution and bank’s processing cycle. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact customer service promptly for verification.

- Logistics Reference: Our order shipment time is 3-5 business days, and the estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days. We recommend keeping your shipping proof to track the status of your product.
- Special Notice: Beauty and personal care products are for personal use, and to protect the hygiene and safety of all customers, products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper storage will not be accepted for return or exchange.
